Vail Place offers two Clubhouse Community Support Programs – Hopkins and Uptown
(The only two accredited Clubhouses in the state of Minnesota!)
Vail Place is excited to be a part of Clubhouse Giving Day for the 3rd year in a row! The Clubhouse Model on which Vail Place was founded 42 years ago remains the foundation of all our programming. Our two Clubhouse Programs, of course. But Vail Connect, Case Management, Vail Care and everything we offer takes the same approach to care – meet people where they are.
Clubhouse Model Programs are accredited by Clubhouse International, which received the 2021 Special Presidential Commendation Award from the American Psychiatric Association, recognizing the evidence-based, cost-effective Clubhouse Model as a leading recovery resource for people living with mental illness around the world.
This year Clubhouse Giving Day is going to play a critical part in raising funds for a gap we are facing for our Clubhouse Community Support Programs. Thanks to our Vail Place community, these programs have been a lifeline for so many members like Carla who depend on the help and support we provide. Your support makes it possible for Vail Place to help Carla “finally feel whole and comfortable with myself”.
