28 Dec Vail Place Celebrates Grand Opening
On Tuesday, December 10th, members, staff, volunteers, donors and other friends of Vail Place gathered for a Grand Opening Celebration. The event marked the reopening of the Hopkins Clubhouse after an extensive remodel of the facility, as well as the opening of the new Administrative Building.
In addition, several dignitaries joined us to help cut the ribbon and officially move into our new facilities. Those attending the event included Alice Nichols, Director of Mental Health for the State of Minnesota DHS. “Your renovations are beautiful, and even more beautiful is the pride, happiness and dedication we observed,” Ms. Nichols remarked on seeing the new facilities.
Sue Aberholden, Executive Director of NAMI Minnesota, State Senator Ron Latz and State Representative Cheryl Youakim were also in attendance as were employees of Wells Fargo Treasury Management.
