16 Aug Vail Place to Participate in 13th Annual Great River Ragnar Relay
This weekend, August 17-18, Vail Place will participate in the 13th annual Great River Ragnar Relay race. A team of our members and staff will be at the event to raise awareness for mental health and to fundraise for our community programs.
Ragnar Relays are overnight running relays; this year’s race begins Friday, August 17th in Levee Park in Winona and finishes 200 miles later in Minneapolis on August 18th. Vail Place runners will be wearing superhero costumes to bring attention to the resilience and bravery of adults with serious mental illness.
