Centered on relationship building and community, a Clubhouse is comprised of “members” and staff working together on recovery from mental illness through hope, purpose, and opportunities.
We believe that work is rehabilitative, so members and staff work together side-by-side on projects to operate the Clubhouse based on their interests and skills. Members provide peer support to each other to reach their educational, employment, wellness, housing, and other goals.
And play hard!
Vail Place Clubhouses offer a wide variety of social, recreational, and cultural events and activities.
The physical Vail Uptown Clubhouse is temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
But Our Virtual Clubhouse is Open!
Joining Clubhouses all over the world, the Vail Uptown Clubhouse continues to meet virtually for community & peer support, Clubhouse work, social programming, health & wellness, and more using Zoom! Read all about it in MinnPost’s article by Andy Steiner or watch this video about the Virtual Clubhouse.
