Working at Vail Place

Vail Place is an innovative, award-winning mental health program with a 35-year history of growth and service to adults with mental illnesses in the Twin Cities. Vail Place is a recovery oriented program that creates a community of support for adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI) by connecting them with the services and resources they need to find homes, jobs, friends and a healthy lifestyle.  We provide PURPOSE, through shared work; DIRECTION, through employment, housing, and social programs; and HOPE, through building connections in the community.

Staff work as a team in a professional, but informal, environment where they are supported, appreciated, and well compensated.

Vail Place is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and offers competitive salaries and a full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, a matched 401k program, as well as generous holiday and paid time off.

Vail Place is currently growing and going through an exciting time of expansion, and will be hiring for many open positions in the near future.
